Don't Gripping your Felicities, Don't Kick your Sorrow

Planning and memories are two differnet files in our life that can make us worried about later and sick or happy about  the past, for the things that rolled by. Now-Here is what really happen to us, the way to see it, called Vipassana. Everyone need to be happy, no matter what happen, can we? As a human, we need to learn about life, learn by ourself, the deepest self. there's some ways i wanna share:

The ways to get vipassana:

1. Learning
Learning about everything happen to our body, our mind, and also our soul. Yes, there're differences about mind and soul. Learning that everythings happen is just happen, they drawing to an end. Without care it make us in pain or in laugh. just learning, yes, its happen, i can through this and i can pass it.

2. Contemplating (merenung)
Without contemplating we know that should not be any get between the teaching and your mind. Why? because we failed to see the ultimate reality (positif digenggam, negatif ditendang).  It proceed from such :
- ignorance
- carmic formation
- kesadaran dualistic
- name and face
- six hole
- contact
- feeling
- menggenggam
- craving
- dead

so, let us be happy in every step we take. if you are not, you should stop the dukka:
The characteristic of people that can stop the dukka:
1. open up your mind
-tidak mudah menghakimi orang,
-tidak mudah menyalahkan orang
-tidak tertarik menjelek2kan orang
manusia menderita karena dikerangkeng oleh pikirannya yang picik.

2. widen your heart
-the ultimate peace, the enlightment, hening
-memiliki hati yang luas
-memiliki pikiran yang luas

3. belas kasih
